The Access Fund just announced its next round of grant recipients. The DCC has received a start-up grant that we will use for start-up costs such as filing for our non-profit status.
Congrats to all other grant recipients as well!

Castlewood Canyon Competition and Clean-Up
From the Rock:
Join us this Saturday, July 18 for some great bouldering and a great cause.
The canyon needs your help this year. All the rain has washed out trails and left them in need of maintenance. So you don't have to compete to be part of the event.
The event is being organized by The Rock in Monument. The Access Fund and Mountain Chalet are helping sponsor the event so we will have giveaways and prizes for both competitors and cleaner-uppers.
Details:
Location: Castlewood Canyon State Park (See below for directions)Cost: $25 for competition, clean-up: free Schedule:9 AM Competition and Clean-up registration9:15 AM Clean-up starts 10 AM Competition starts2ish PM Competition ends Directions/parkingWe are meeting at the WEST entrance - NOT the main entrance.Take Exit 182, Wilcox St. Turn right on Wilcox St, turn left on 5th St, continue onto CO 86.
